Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains what personal data IPTV Providers Ireland collects when you visit iptvprovidersireland.shop, request a free test or order a subscription, why we use it and the rights you have. We handle personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Acts 1988 to 2018.

Who is responsible

IPTV Providers Ireland is the controller of the personal data described here. For any privacy question, e-mail [email protected].

What data we collect

  • Details you give us: your name, e-mail address, WhatsApp or phone number, device type and anything you write in a message to us.
  • Order details: the plan you chose, its length, the number of devices, the amount and the payment status. Card details are handled directly by the payment provider and never stored by us.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and the date and time of your visit, which are logged automatically when you use the website.

Why we use it and our legal basis

We only use your data where we need to: to process your free test request or order and send you your login details (performance of a contract), to check your e-mail address with a verification code and prevent misuse such as repeated free tests (our legitimate interests), to answer support requests, and to keep the website secure. Where the law requires us to keep records, we do so to meet a legal obligation.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We only share it with service providers we need to run the service, such as hosting, e-mail delivery, WhatsApp messaging and payment processing. Some of these providers may be based outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above or for as long as the law requires. After that it is deleted or anonymised.

Cookies

The website uses cookies and similar storage that are strictly necessary for features like the checkout to work. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time, although some features may then stop working properly.

Security

The connection between your browser and our website is encrypted (HTTPS), and we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised access.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its use, and to data portability. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To use any of these rights, e-mail [email protected] and we will reply within one month.

If you are not happy with how we have handled your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (DPC), the Irish supervisory authority, at www.dataprotection.ie.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our processes or the rules change. The version published on this page always applies.
